bopo Reimbursement
There are three steps bopo cardholders need to take in order to withdraw their money from their bopo card. During the process, Cuscal will ask for:
- Your contact information, in case we need to clarify any details;
- Your bopo card number, to match to against system records;
- The details of the account where you would like the money deposited;
- A statutory declaration;
- The physical card to be returned, cut in half; and
- A photocopy of your license, proof-of-age card or passport.
Step 1: Complete an online form to provide your contact, card and account details.
Step 2: Once you have clicked "next" after completing the form, you need to print the statutory declaration and get it signed and witnessed.
Step 3: Finally, you'll need to cut your bopo card in two, attach the card and a proof of identification photocopy to the signed statutory declaration and then mail it to:

Once Cuscal receives the paperwork, your details will be verified and your money will be returned.
